• You attempt to transfer your rights under this agreement

Termination shall not affect any legal rights or remedies available to Suswaram. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

Suswaram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

• Access and view the Website on a personal device
• Store pages temporarily in browser cache
• Print pages for personal, non-commercial use

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Payments made through the payment gateway are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Duplicate or excess charges due to technical errors
• Payment was deducted but the service was not successfully delivered

In such cases, excess amounts (excluding gateway charges) will be refunded, or the service may be provided at no additional cost. To request a refund, submit your transaction details and payment receipt (if available) to support@suswaram.in. Valid claims will be processed within 21 days; refunds may take 5–21 days to reflect depending on bank policies.

Suswaram may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Users agree that Suswaram shall not be liable for such actions. Upon termination, users must immediately cease using the services.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, on an individual basis.
